Terms of Service

1. What Jurni GLP is

Jurni GLP is a behavioral support service for adults who have been prescribed a GLP-1 medication. Our assistant, also called Jurni GLP, communicates with you by text message and phone call and builds a personal web page from your conversations. It can help you log doses, meals, workouts, weight, and side effects; answer questions; build meal and workout plans; send reminders; and check in with you over time.

The Jurni GLP assistant is an artificial intelligence program, not a person. Its responses are generated by software, including large language models provided by third parties. It can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and it does not know everything about your health.

2. Jurni GLP is not medical care

Jurni GLP does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Service is for general informational and behavioral support purposes only. Nothing the assistant says is a substitute for the judgment of your prescriber, pharmacist, or any other licensed healthcare professional.

• Your prescriber decides your medication, your dose, when your dose changes, and whether you should stop. Jurni GLP never makes those decisions and never changes them.
• Always follow your prescriber’s instructions, the medication’s labeling, and your pharmacist’s guidance, even if the assistant says something different.
• Jurni GLP does not prescribe, dispense, or sell medication.
• Do not delay seeking care, or ignore advice from a healthcare professional, because of anything you read or heard through the Service.

In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. Do not use the Service to report an emergency. If you are having thoughts of harming yourself, call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline in the United States). The Service is not monitored in real time by medical staff.

3. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States. By using the Service you confirm that you are, and that you have been prescribed a GLP-1 medication by a licensed prescriber or are considering one. You may only use the Service for yourself. Do not use it on behalf of someone else or share your account.

4. Your account and your information

You create an account by texting us from your phone and completing the opt-in steps. Your phone number is your account identifier. You are responsible for keeping your phone secure and for everything that happens through your number. Tell us right away at contact@jurniglp.com if you believe someone else is using your account.

You agree to give us accurate information. The assistant’s usefulness depends on it. You also agree that you have the right to share any information you give us, including photos.

5. Your referring practice

If a medical practice, medspa, or other provider (a “Practice”) recommended Jurni GLP to you, the Practice is not our agent and we are not theirs. The Practice does not send us your medical records, and we do not send the Practice information about you unless you choose to share it (for example, by sending them a progress summary the assistant prepares for you). If you tell us which Practice you are a patient of, we may show that Practice’s name and logo on your page, follow that Practice’s general guidance in the assistant’s suggestions, and, where the Practice offers them, send you rewards or offers from that Practice. Any offer from a Practice is the Practice’s offer, not ours, and is subject to the Practice’s own terms.

6. Text messages and phone calls

Text messages. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive automated and non-automated text messages from Jurni GLP, including conversational replies, reminders, check-ins, account and billing notices, support messages, and, where you have consented, promotional messages. Message frequency varies and depends on how you use the Service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; stopping messages also stops the Service, since the Service works through messaging. Reply HELP for help or email contact@jurniglp.com. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Phone calls. You can call the assistant, and it may call you when you have asked for check-ins or reminders. Calls may be recorded and are transcribed into text so the assistant can respond and remember what you discussed. Recordings and transcripts are used to provide and improve the Service. By placing or accepting a call, and by continuing after the notice at the start of a call, you consent to recording and transcription. If you do not want a call recorded or transcribed, hang up and use text instead.

Your phone number. We may contact you at the number you used to reach us. You agree to tell us if that number changes or is no longer yours.

7. Free trial, subscriptions, and billing

Free trial. New users receive a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to start the trial.

Subscription. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription of $29.99 per month or $299 per year, billed in advance through our payment processor. We will text you a payment link before your trial ends. If you do not subscribe, the Service stops at the end of the trial and we keep your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. We will notify you in advance of any price change; the new price applies at your next renewal after notice.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time by texting CANCEL to Jurni GLP or emailing contact@jurniglp.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then.

Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where we choose to issue one. If you cancel an annual plan mid-year, you are not refunded for the unused months. If you have a billing problem, contact us and we will work with you.

Taxes. Prices exclude sales tax where applicable.

HSA/FSA. Jurni GLP may be eligible for payment with health savings or flexible spending account funds with a letter of medical necessity from your prescriber. Eligibility is determined by your plan administrator, not by us.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anyone other than yourself, or for anyone under 18;
• use the Service to obtain, sell, or distribute medication;
• send content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
• attempt to access our systems, other users’ data, or the assistant’s underlying models or instructions;
• copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or build a competing product from the Service;
• interfere with the Service, send spam through it, or use it with automated tools.

We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms, if we believe your use creates a risk to you or others, or if the law requires it.

9. Your content and our content

You own what you send us. You give Jurni GLP a license to store, process, analyze, and display your content as needed to run and improve the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may use information that does not identify you to improve the Service, to study how the Service performs, and to report aggregate results.

Everything else, including the Jurni GLP name and logo, the website, the software, and the content the assistant generates for you, belongs to Jurni Health, Inc. or its licensors. You may use the plans, summaries, and pages the assistant creates for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Research

We study whether the Service helps people. We may analyze de-identified or aggregated data from the Service to do that and may publish the results. We will never publish anything that identifies you. If we ever invite you to take part in a research study that involves identifiable information, we will ask for your separate, written consent first, and you can say no without losing access to the Service.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jurni GLP disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will help you lose weight, stay on your medication, or achieve any health outcome. Results vary from person to person.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jurni Health, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, contractors, advisors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, health outcome, or lost profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we were told of the possibility. Our total liability to you for all claims will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing. Some states do not allow these limits; in those states our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Jurni Health, Inc. from claims and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or content you send us.

14. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may change or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; when we make a material change we will notify you by text or email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new Terms. If you do not accept them, cancel before the change takes effect.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at contact@jurniglp.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. Nothing here limits your right to bring a claim in small claims court or to make a complaint to a government agency.

16. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Jurni GLP about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign them. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Notices to you may be sent by text message or to the email address you provide.
